Recognizing that each property owner's needs are unique, our first and most important task is to listen to and understand our client's needs and objectives. We then customize a management plan that meets their criteria and execute it with our full diligence. Some of our services include, but are not limited to, the following:

Association Management
Homeowner association management includes an element of traditional property management as well as several specialized management functions. Our management services include but are not limited to the following:

- ›Set agendas, take minutes, and run board meetings.
- ›Manage the election of board members.
- ›Billing and collection of assessments and special assessments.
- ›Specialized accounting and financial reporting.
- ›Maintain and review insurance policies.
- ›Bidding and procurement of maintenance contracts.
- ›Oversee capital improvement projects.
- ›CC&R enforcement and compliance with new and changing laws.
- ›Coordinate with accountant to prepare tax returns.
